How do I connect my application?

Use the PostgreSQL connection credentials provided for your project with your backend or database tools. You choose your application framework and manage your schema and migrations. Keep your credentials in a secure server environment.

Where is Nittaq based, and where are its servers?

Nittaq is based in Saudi Arabia. Our hosting strategy prioritizes the Middle East. We confirm the available hosting location and any data residency requirements with you before activating a project.

Why does creating an account require manual confirmation?

Demand and available capacity need careful coordination. We review each application to understand the project, confirm that we can meet its needs, and onboard members reliably. Submitting an application gives you a reference code; our team then follows up by email.

Can I request a custom plan?

Yes. If you need additional capacity, multiple projects or specific operational requirements, send a custom-plan request. Our team will review your workload and discuss a suitable configuration and quote.

How can I get help?
